I've been a loyal customer of Smartsupp for quite a while. While it offers the features you'd typically look for, there's a noticeable drop in your website's performance. This impacts your page speed and other essential metrics that matter to your visitors.

When I reached out for help regarding this problem, they mentioned it would take some time. I checked back six months later, and they just sent me the same generic replies, showing no real effort to address the issue.

It's worth mentioning that during this time, they raised their prices to maintain the so-called quality service they provide. When I expressed my frustration, they threw me a tiny discount for my next yearly billing cycle—basically tying me down for another two years without fixing anything.

If you care about how your site performs, don't make the same mistake I did by choosing this service. Sure, it works as expected, but their customer support is terrible, and the overall decline in site performance is a serious factor to think about.

Also, the mobile app is pretty sluggish and full of bugs; it’s always been that way. You definitely won’t get the smooth experience you’d expect from a simple messaging app.

There's a fraudulent broker site called pigytrade.com that’s taking advantage of this app. I reached out to smartsupp and even offered to share proof of the site's illegal actions (which clearly goes against their terms and conditions), but it seems like Smartupp just didn’t care and never got back to me. A rival, Tideo, had been exploited by the scam site before and quickly cut off access to their services once they saw the evidence of wrongdoing. Sadly, Smartupp doesn’t appear to have the same level of integrity as Tideo and seems to be okay with scammers as long as it benefits their business.

I’m really pleased with all the features I get, even with the free plan. From automated messages to the code for my website and email transcriptions, it’s all been great. Keep up the awesome work!

Smartsupp has truly been fantastic for live chat on my site. One genuine suggestion I can happily make is that there ought to be an automatic alert on the mobile app whenever a user visits the site, similar to how WhatsApp functions, as long as data is actively running. As it stands, it seems you have to open the app first, and only then can you get alerts for new messages.

I have high standards for picking live chat agents. However, after checking out Smartsupp, I can honestly say I'm a fan! I'm gonna keep using it for my website. Big thanks to the team!

This company is really solid globally, and their platform is super user-friendly. I’d like to ask the manager to consider adding more payment options for folks outside of Europe and America. It would be awesome to include cryptocurrencies, Perfect Money, Epaycore, Payeer, and other methods. There are plenty of customers who don’t have Visa or Mastercard and are looking for new ways to grab your fantastic offerings. Thanks, Smartsupp!

Seems nice, but I ran out of time to mess around with it. I’m juggling a full-time job and trying to kick off a small business. The only thing I wasn’t too keen on during the brief time I used it was the color of the overlay icon. It didn’t really match the website colors. I’m guessing you can switch it up, right?

Smartsupp is a solid tool, though we wish we could customize our review questions and verify the answers. It'd be great if the responses were more detailed instead of just being presented as charts.
